Our return policy lasts 14 days (or less if the product has an expiry below 14 days) from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Be in its original packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Personal care products (e.g., balms or oils) once opened.

Note: Do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Exchanges

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the returned item. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
